The Segway Tour of Florence starts with a 30min orientation session at our premises. Once you feel comfortable riding the Segway we will start our journey to the historical centre of town, here you will have the opportunity to visit all the important areas of Florence

Our staff have been carefully selected to satisfy all of your needs and to make you and your family live an a fun and interesting moment, but nevertheless an unforgettable experience! Almost all the city centre of Florence is a pedestrian area, that means no cars allowed: this makes the use of Segway easy and safe. You won't have to worry about traffic when riding with us!

Description: Our experienced Tour Leaders will assist you during the tour and they will share with you some information about the history and culture of Florence with a Video-audio-guide system, as well as ensure the smooth and safe operation of all aspects of the Tour. All of our Leaders possess an amazing breadth of knowledge and love of travel; their expert guidance is a critical and basic element of all of our tours. Tours given in English.

SEGWAY TOUR WITH TOURIST GUIDE IN A SMALL GROUP
Price: 90 euros per person

Description: The personal guide (or tourist guide) provides information and cultural and historical information about Florence. They have a recognized regional tourist guide qualification. Given in English

PRIVATE SEGWAY TOUR WITH PERSONAL GUIDE
Price: 100 euros per person
Minimum required: 4 people
Description: This is a great opportunity to discover Florence just with your family or friends with an expert personal guide and you can also choose the language of the tour. The personal guide (or tourist guide) provides cultural historical information about the venues of interest. They have a recognized regional tourist guide qualification. We will provide you with a set of headphones so you can comfortably listen to your personal guide. Special offers are not applicable to this service.

SCHEDULE: ALL DAYS (given in English)

- from January to March: only the morning tour at 9:30am

- from April to October: morning tour at 9:30am and afternoon tour at 2:30pm

- November and December: only the morning tour at 9:30am

- from the 16th of December to the 15th January: Not Available

To Join our segway tours you will have to meet the following requirements:
- Riders must be over 100 pounds (45 kilos) and less than 250 pounds (113 Kilos) - Riders must be able to easily and quickly step on and off the Segway without assistance, which requires physical abilities similar to climbing and descending stairs without any assistance or use of a handrail - Riders need to be physically and mentally self-efficient - The use of the Segway is Not recommended for pregnant women and for people over 70 years old - It is high recommended to wear comfortable shoes -Please do not carry large bags whilst on the Segway.

Refund Policy: This payment is fully refundable if the reservation is cancelled 3 business days or more prior to the scheduled tour. The payment will not be refunded for any other reason (i.e. weather, change of travel plans, illness, missed train…..) within 3 business days of the scheduled tour.

Rain Policy: The segway tour will never be cancelled due to rain. We will do our best to proceed with the tours, however, in case of heavy rain, we might decide to stop the bike/segway tour and proceed with a walking tour instead. Should the weather get better during the tour, we will try to get back on board, when possible. Guest options on rainy days: (1) Proceed with the tour hoping for clearing weather - with the understanding that no refund or discount will be given if Segway are not ridden due to rain, or if the Bike/Segway tour is abbreviated due to rain. OR (2) 50% refund for client cancellation OR (3) Rain check to be used the following day or at any other time, subject to availability. The Rain check is a voucher given to client. The voucher is transferable and may be sold or given to others to use at a future date and lasts up to 1 year from date
