1 - Where does the tour go?
Our tour is a sightseeing visit of the city. You will find the tour route following the link below:

2 – How many people are on your tours?
Our groups are very small (no more than 10 people at the same time), so we can give our clients the best tour service in the city, with the best value.
3 – What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy: This payment is fully refundable if the reservation is cancelled 3 business days or more prior to the scheduled tour. The payment will not be refunded for any other reason (i.e. weather, change of travel plans, illness, missed train…..) within 3 business days of the scheduled tour. Circumstances of exceptional character: Strikes, cancellations due to adverse weather conditions, war, civil or military strife, riots, natural disasters, sack, terrorist activity: these and similar others, constitute causes of force majored and are not chargeable to the carriers or the Organizer. If due to such causes, the Organizer will not be responsible for any possible extra costs born by the traveler, and will not provide refunds for any services not used or provided. Cancellation or change of reservation could be done only by email at tours@italysegwaytours.com
4 - Do we visit any museum during the tour?
We do not enter the museums and monuments
5 – What happens in case of rain?
The tour goes on rain or shine. We provide ponchos to all of our guests.
6 – How long the bike tour lasts?
Our tours last 3 hours approx.
7- Are your bike tours safe?
Yes! Our tours are perfectly safe, as we stay in the pedestrian areas, on bike lanes, footpaths, and riversides throughout the city. Our local guides really know Florence and will help you navigate the city landscape with ease. We also provide helmets but you are not obliged to wear them on the tour.
8 – What about the kids?
We have child seats for kids from 2 up to 6 years old and special bikes for kids from 6 to 12 years old. So we can guarantee that our bike tours are perfect for families!

2- Quante persone possono partecipare al tour in bici?
I nostri tour sono molto piccoli, non più di 10 persone allo stesso tempo, così siamo in grado di dare ai nostri clienti un miglior servizio con il miglior risultato.
3 - Qual è la politica di cancellazione?
Il pagamento è totalmente rimborsabile se la prenotazione viene cancellata entro i 3 giorni precedenti alla data stabilità. Non ci saranno rimborsi per ritardi di treni, aerei, per malattia, o per condizioni climatiche. Circostanze di carattere eccezionale: Scioperi, cancellazioni dovute a condizioni climatiche avverse ( neve, nebbia o forte pioggia), guerre civili, disastri naturali, attività terroristiche, costituiscono cause di forza maggiore non dipendenti dalla nostra volontà. Per tali motivi l’organizzazione non è resposnsabile in caso di cancellazioni o di spese extra a carico del cliente, e non sarà tenuta a rimborsi per i servizi non offerti. Ogni cancellazione deve pervenire in forma scritta via email al seguente indirizzo: tours@italysegwaytours.com
4 – Si visitano musei o monumenti?
Non sono previsti ingressi a musei e monumenti
5 – Cosa accade in caso di pioggia?
Il tour parte anche in caso di pioggia. Forniamo ai nostri clienti degli impermeabili.
6 – Quant’è la durata dei nostri tour in bici?
I nostri tour durano 3 ore circa.
7- I vostri tour sono sicuri?
Si, i nostri tour si svolgono in totale sicurezza, poiché rimaniamo nelle aree pedonali, sulle piste ciclabili, sui lungarni. Le nostre guide locali conoscono perfettamente Firenze e vi aiuteranno a girare per la città senza problemi. Diamo a disposizione anche i caschetti, ma non siete obbligati ad indossarli durante il tour.
8- Per quanto riguarda I bambini?
Abbiamo dei seggiolini per bimbi da 2 a 6 anni, mentre per quelli più grandicelli (fino a 12 anni) abbiamo a disposizione delle bici più piccole. In questo modo possiamo garantirvi che i nostri tour in bici sono perfettamente adatti alle famiglie!
