Our Segway Tour starts with a 30min orientation session at our premises. Once you feel comfortable riding the Segway we will start our journey to the historical centre of town, here you will have the opportunity to visit all the important areas of our City while listening to your guide comfortably thru your headpiece set accompanied by a person from our staff.

Our staff  have been carefully selected to satisfy all of your needs and to make you and your family  live an a fun and interesting moment, but nevertheless an unforgettable experience!!!!!

SAFETY: The tour is developed on pedestrian areas and bike lanes. You won't have to worry about traffic when riding with us! Our 2h. 30min. tours are limited to small groups, so we guaranty an intimate and unique experience

SEGWAY TOUR WITH AUDIO-GUIDE AND TOUR LEADER  
Price: 65 euros per person
Minimum required: 2 people
Description: Our experienced Tour Leaders will assist you during the tour and they will share ywith ou some information about the history and culture of Pisa with an audio-guide system, as well as ensure the smooth and safe operation of all aspects of the Tour. All of our Leaders possess an amazing breadth of knowledge and love of travel; their expert guidance is a critical element of all of our tours. Given in English

- January-March: morning tour at 9:30am and afternoon tour at 2pm
- April-October: morning tour at 9:30am and afternoon tour at 2pm and nigth tour at 6:30pm
- November - December: morning tour at 9:30am and afternoon tour at 2pm

To Join our segway tours you will have to meet the following requirements:
- Riders must be over 100 pounds (45 kilos) and less than 250 pounds (113 Kilos) - Riders must be able to easily and quickly step on and off the Segway without assistance, which requires physical abilities similar to climbing and descending stairs without any assistance or use of a handrail - Riders need to be physically and mentally self-efficient - The use of the Segway is Not recommended for pregnant women and for people over 70 years old - It is high recommended to wear comfortable shoes -Please do not carry large bags whilst on the Segway.

Refund Policy: This payment is fully refundable if the reservation is cancelled 3 business days or more prior to the scheduled tour. The payment will not be refunded for any other reason (i.e. weather, change of travel plans, illness, missed train…..) within 3 business days of the scheduled tour. The bike/segway tour will never be cancelled due to rain.  We will do our best to proceed with the tours, however, in case of heavy rain, we might decide to stop the segway tour and proceed with a walking tour instead. Should the weather get better during the tour, we will try to get back on board, when possible. Guest options on rainy days: (1) Proceed with the tour hoping for clearing weather - with the understanding that no refund or discount will be given if Segway are not ridden due to rain, or if the Segway  tour is abbreviated due to rain. OR (2) 50% refund for client cancellation OR (3) Rain check to be used the following day or at any other time, subject to availability.  The Rain check is a voucher given to client. The voucher is transferable and may be sold or given to others to use at a future date and lasts up to 1 year from date.
