WHAT IS YOUR RAIN POLICY?
No, our tours run rain or shine, and we have rain ponchos available for sale in our office. We will gladly buy them back from you if they are not used during your tour! We encourage all guests to consult the weather forecast and plan your dress accordingly.

DO WE GO INSIDE THE MUSEUMS AND MONUMENTS?
The Segway Tour is a Sightseeing tour, so we do not visit the inside of monuments. The Segway Tour will give you a great orientation and you will know exactly where you want to go after the tour.

IS SEGWAY SAFE FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES? 
Riders must be able to easily and quickly step on and off the Segway without assistance, which requires physical abilities similar to climbing and descending stairs without any assistance or use of a handrail. Riders need to be physically and mentally self-efficient.

IS SEGWAY SAFE FOR CHILDREN? 
Segway is appropriate for virtually anyone between 16 and 70 of age, with a minimum of 145 cm (4,75 ft) of height and over 40 kilos (90 pounds) of weight. Please note that our staff will have the right to decline accepting your child without any obligation to refund you for her/his tickets.

IS SEGWAY SAFE FOR PREGNANT WOMEN?
The use of the Segway is NOT recommended for pregnant women.

IS THERE A PHYSICAL LIMITATION FOR THE TOUR? 
Riders must be over 90 pounds (40 kilos) and less than 265 pounds (120 Kilos). Please do not carry large bags whilst on the Segway, but we will offer you the option to leave your luggage in our office. The use of the Segway is NOT recommended for pregnant women.
