  • Our Segway Tour starts with an orientation session at our premises. Once you feel comfortable riding the Segway we will start our journey to the Historic Center of town.

Our guide will be awaiting you at Segway Meeting Point located in Via dei Chiostri corner with Via Ancona, Milan.  We're very close from the "Lanza - Brera" Underground Station; about 5 minutes walking.

  • Payment will not be refunded for any reason (i.e. weather, change of travel plans, illness, missed train…..) within 24 hours of the scheduled tour, but we will do our best to accommodate you on another tour or date, pending availability.

WHAT IS YOUR RAIN POLICY?
The tour goes on rain or shine. In case of heavy rain, we might decide to stop the Segway tour and proceed with a walking tour instead. Guest options on rainy days: (1) Proceed with the tour hoping for clearing weather - with the understanding that no refund or discount will be given if Segway are not ridden due to rain, or if the Segway  tour is abbreviated due to rain. OR (2) Rain check to be used the following day or at any other time, subject to availability.  The Rain check is a voucher given to client. The voucher is transferable and may be given to others to use at a future date (max 1 year) OR (3) 50% refund for client cancellation.

DO WE GO INSIDE THE MUSEUMS AND MONUMENTS?
The Segway Tour is a Sightseeing tour, so we do not visit the inside of monuments. The Segway Tour will give you a great orientation and you will know exactly where you want to go after the tour.

IS SEGWAY SAFE FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES? 
Riders must be able to easily and quickly step on and off the Segway without assistance, which requires physical abilities similar to climbing and descending stairs without any assistance or use of a handrail. Riders need to be physically and mentally self-efficient.

IS SEGWAY SAFE FOR CHILDREN? 
Segway is appropriate for virtually anyone between 14 and 70 of age, with a minimum of 145 cm (4,75 ft) of height and over 40 kilos (90 pounds) of weight. Please note that our staff will have the right to decline accepting your child without any obligation to refund you for her/his tickets.

IS SEGWAY SAFE FOR PREGNANT WOMEN?
The use of the Segway is NOT recommended for pregnant women.

IS THERE A PHYSICAL LIMITATION FOR THE TOUR? 
Riders must be over 90 pounds (40 kilos) and less than 265 pounds (120 Kilos). Please do not carry large bags whilst on the Segway, but we will offer you the option to leave your luggage in our office. The use of the Segway is NOT recommended for pregnant women. Riders must be able to easily and quickly step on and off the Segway without assistance, which requires physical abilities similar to climbing and descending stairs without any assistance or use of a handrail. Riders need to be physically and mentally self-efficient.
